Parish Priest: Fr. Michael Johnston
Parish Administrator: Nicola Burke
Fr. Michael writes: For Christians there is no day that compares with Easter Day. Christ is risen, alleluia, alleluia! This is truly the “Day of the Lord”. This is the day Christ was victorious over the powers of death and won for us through his death and resurrection, a life that will know its fullness and flowering only beyond this life . This is news of great joy. A Christian cannot be other than joyful. Our faith is Easter faith. Love and life are stronger than death. It is fitting that we should renew our Baptismal promises today and to try and be true to the new life He won for us at so great a price. A very happy and holy Easter to you all.
