Twenty Fourth Sunday of the Year

Fr. Duncan writes: Dear Parishioners, Thank you for the warm welcome that you gave me last weekend. It is very heartening to receive such a welcome and support from the people of our parish. I am now beginning to get settled and gradually get myself organised. This will take some time, as there are still a number of boxes to be unpacked. As the ‘new term’ begins, many of our groups and activities begin again after the summer break. If there are any other people who would like to join our RCIA group this year, please have a word with me and there are forms in the porch with more details

Racial Justice Collection
This Sunday is Racial Justice Sunday. It is a day dedicated to raising awareness of and promoting racial justice within the church and society generally. There will be a retiring collection after all Masses, please give generously.

Agency for Evangelisation
Next weekend there will be a retiring collection for the Agency for Evangelisation.
